spacious room, great pool

good size room large pool helpful staff

the room was a good size. i liked the pool it was large and deep. i also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful when i had questions.

i found the bathroom to be a bit dated and showing its age. there was also quite a lot of empty space in the public areas with random sofas.

staff at reception were very helpful during check in they answered all questions i had about local transport and provided directions to nearby attractions i found this quite useful.

the room included a king bed it was very comfortable and the space was generous. there was also a good shower it was clean and functioned properly without any issues i noticed.

buffet breakfast offered good variety. it included both hot and cold selections and the food was generally satisfactory with a range of options available i noted for different dietary preferences.

the pool was large and deep. the pool area offered shaded sections and i counted many loungers. there are also change rooms and showers available to use near the pool i observed.

A So-So Stay with Some Issues

small restaurant portions useless phone

The hotel's location worked out fine for my needs I will admit

The restaurant portions were hilariously small for the price it seemed like I was being pranked. Shampoo and conditioner turned my hair into straw like it was trying to kill it slowly. The in-room phones were useless as well you know for contacting anyone

Solid stay near the Swan River

convenient supermarket satisfying gym

The location worked well for my needs. It was a short walk to the river and parklands. I found an IGA supermarket in the building, and that offered me convenience. I found the gym to be satisfactory, and I used the treadmill.

I booked a particular room. I ended up in a different room type than I reserved. I wanted a room on a higher floor, but this request was not accommodated at check-in. This was a minor inconvenience to my visit, but I felt mislead.

My room was spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable and the pillows supportive. Air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The room included a television with a variety of channels.

The hotel has a pool area with plenty of loungers. I noticed a fitness center with several cardio machines. The hotel offers a guest laundry room with washers and dryers. Elevators operate efficiently providing fast access to all floors.
